Shipping & Handling:  All orders placed will ship via Best Way as determined by A to Z.   Shipments are made through USPS, FedEx or UPS and standard shipping rates apply.  Standard ground shipping is no additional charge on all tax exempt orders.  Expedited shipping is available but additional fees will apply.  Please contact us directly for expedited shipping quotes.

Returns:  We appreciate our customers and want to ensure that we exceed your expectations.  If you are not satisfied with the items you have received you can return them to us for a full refund.  Please contact us for Return Authorization number to begin the process.  Once the items have been returned to A to Z Books a refund will be processed.  A to Z Books is subject to limitations placed on us by the publishers, there are some items that are considered "special order" and not eligible for returns and others may be subject to return fees.  Contact your A to Z Book rep to discuss your return.  All items must be sent back in salable condition and return authorization numbers must be requested within 30 days of the order being placed.

Damages:  We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your order.  Should your books deliver damaged or with print errors please contact A to Z Books to process a return and replacement of the items.  A to Z Books honors all publisher warranties and will work with you to get your damaged items replaced.
